A proud Sacramento native, Chanel Stafford brings deep local knowledge, a passion for people, and a commitment to excellence to every real estate transaction. She loves her hometown for its unbeatable weather, diverse communities, and vibrant, contemporary culture.
After graduating from Christian Brothers High School, Chanel attended Howard University, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. With over seventeen years in pharmaceutical sales, Chanel seamlessly transitioned to real estate, bringing with her strong communication and negotiation skills, paired with a reputation for integrity. She approaches each client’s needs with the same commitment and tenacity she once gave her medical providers.
Her background in delivering exceptional customer service laid the foundation for her success in real estate. Chanel actively listens, engages with honesty, and manages every detail to ensure clients have peace of mind throughout the process. She has successfully represented both buyers and sellers and, as a long-standing investor, brings the same knowledge and advocacy she used to protect her own interests. Her leadership extends beyond transactions as the Founder of Premier Diamond Realty and the Homeowner’s Circle, initiatives that reflect her commitment to advocacy, education, and community connection.

She is committed to Setting the P.A.C.E. in Sacramento with excellence for every client. Chanel has achieved Masters Club status (top 10% producer in Sacramento County) and was honored with the 2024 & 2025 Rising Star Real Estate Agent Award by Five Star Professional.
When she isn’t assisting clients, Chanel enjoys playing tennis and living an active, healthy lifestyle. She even once competed in a National Physique Competition. A proud new empty nester, she lives in Sacramento with her husband Brian. Her daughter, Alana, recently graduated from Howard University, and her bonus daughter, Sydney, attends U.C. Santa Cruz.
